Booking Sessions

As you are a member of our Invictus programme your primary sessions are Invictus, our semi private results driven personal training sessions.


There will be no more than 8 clients in a session at Farnsfield and session times are 6.30am, 7.30am, 4, 5, 6 and 7pm.


There will be no more than 12 clients in a session at Kirkby and session times are 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm Mon – Fri. Simply book onto the sessions that suit you – remember, you MUST get at least 3 sessions in per week.

You also have access to weekend bootcamp sessions at Kirkby which are 7am and 8am on both weekend days. If you do these sessions please note that they must be in addition to your ‘at least 3’ Mon – Fri sessions.

If you can no longer make a session you have booked please cancel off and make sure you get the session in elsewhere. Farnsfield members you will book ‘Farnsfield Invictus’ and Kirkby members you will be booking ‘Meta Strength’.

You will truly get the individualised support you need and have a programme tailored around you and your goals. 

To book onto our sessions simply download the ‘Wodify’ app on any smart phone and register. The link to the Wodify booking app will come to you in an email – please make sure you follow this link to complete your booking set-up.
