This is an 8 week programme, with the option of long term membership, specifically programmed for the needs of prenatal and postnatal mums.
Emma is a qualified pre and post natal fitness instructor who also has her own children so knows what it is like to want that body back after having a baby!
Barbell Mums is for prenatal and postnatal mums with a baby under 2. Babies come along and play in the centre while Mummy gets fit.
Nutritional advice is given based on the needs of each individual, taking breastfeeding into account. No calorie counting or limiting, just a clean, nutritious way of eating to get both you and baby to optimum health.
Dedicated private Barbell Mums Facebook group to meet other mums, share healthy cake recipes, weekend workouts and lots more.
You can only commence the programme once you are at least 6 weeks postnatal and have had your 6 week check, or 3 months post c-section birth.
